Catherine Dahlberg graduated from Monterey Institute of International Studies (Monterey, Ca) with a master's degree in Conference Interpretation.
Since 2004, Catherine has been contracted with the United States Department of State to provide escort interpreting and project administration services for the International Visitor Leadership Program. Catherine traveled across the nation with distinguished Chinese civil leaders, who are selected by the US Consulates to meet with people in American business, culture and legislation communities.
Catherine's last job in China was a news reporter for the English Channel at China Central Television. Prior to that, Catherine had been freelancing as an interpreter for multinational companies, such as Mahle (Nanjing), a German wholy owned foreign company with manufacturing plants in five different cities in China.
Officials of Nanjing, Catherine's hometown, hosted her during a business conference in May 2006, where Deputy Mayor Chen Jiabao and Deputy Mayor Li Qi recognized Catherine for her contributions to China-US business development.

05/2006 China Connect was invited by the City of Nanjing to participate in '06 Nanjing Major Projects Conference, together with Dahlberg Law Office, P.A., from Duluth, MN to visit Nanjing, China. At this conference, China Connect showcased a US booth consisting of three American companies at the Wholy Chinese Technological Innovation Exhibition.
07/2006 China Connect received a letter of invitation from Nanjing Chamber of Commerce to bring clients to the 2006 Nanjing Foreign Investment Conference. This conference will be held September 19th through 21st 2006 in Nanjing, China. The exhibition theme of this year's event is Digital Culture.
